FARMING COMMUNITY SPACE CENTER ....
EL-MAX district , The area is known for its fisherman village ,where it is hosted by the large fish ring which is set up daily.there is another title known to the MAX district “ Venice of Alexandria” ,for the proliferation of technical photograph of the moat ,overlooking the homes of the people of fisherman built primitive and unorganized and their varied boats arrayed in the ditch in front of these small houses ,which are widespread on social networking sites. the composition of the urban buildings are small groups of homes scattered among the giant blocks of pollution caused by companies and factories of petroleum,chemicals,cement and salts .
This modular prototype building will study the conduct of new ways of farming and induce Hydroponic farming system for locals to farm their own food and be self sufficient. the location of the site is surrounded by three different functions and zones creating a triangle shape that starts from the factory site all the way through residential area till the mangrove area at the end of the site, this imaginary shape gives the visualization of the impact of the building to the surrounding area.
