Reading Academies 11 is a TEA Authorized Provider for the implementation of House Bill 3 Reading Academies for registering Texas school districts and charter schools to have access to the Texas Reading Academies development program. This program ensures that all Texas students have access to high-quality reading and writing instruction and highly-effective teachers. House Bill 3 addresses key reading practices.

The TEA Authorized Providers are able to support districts in identifying the best Reading Academies implementation pathway for their district as well as ensuring a smooth preregistration process. ESC Region 11's TEA Authorized Provider needed to establish a name and a marketing brand for themselves. 

The above shows the first step in creating the brand that marries with the ESC Region 11 logo. It combines the same ESC Region 11 font and color, as well as the TEA-approved colors. Many materials were created for this provider, as well as promotional materials like the bookmarks shown above that could be sent to school as a reminder to preregister.
