This is my diploma project and the аssignment was taken from an architectural competion for restavration and adaptation of old warehouse situated next to the wonderful building in neo-Classical style "Villa Zarri". The "new" building will adapt functions such as the brewing process itself, bar area, beer shop, area for projections and open-space area.
In the newly created parts of the warehouse there is a park area which is connected with the existing park trough the building.
The interior of the buildng is industrial with materials such as black metal, rough concrete and different kinds of wood. The usage of different wood is inspired by the different color of the types of beer - from lighter tones, through more reddish, to different textures and turbidity.
The design of the shop is inspired by the arrangment of the beer boxes. Decorative boxes made of semi transparent concrete in different colors are associated with the different types of beer.
