The population of Kapanci are an ethnic group located at the Northeastern Bulgaria (Razgrad and Targovishte region). They are famous for two things: their embroidery and their traditional dishes but most of all for their yogurt from sheep milk. Their rich culture and most valuable asset inspired me to create a brand new brand on the market "Kapanci". It combines bio milk, yogurt and cheese.
