Beat Weekend is a festival of documentary films about new contemporary culture. As part of the festival, 13 Russian cities hosted screenings of new films about music and musicians, contemporary art, street culture, sports and new technologies. The organizers’ goal is to make documentary film more accessible and turn it into a new form of intellectual entertainment.
