Four inflatables, varying sizes.
Commissioned by Vevo, the world's leading music video and entertainment platform, Penique productions delivered four inflatables for the live filming of J Balvin, Colores, his new hit album of 2020.
In 2018, Penique productions and Micah Bickham, Executive Producer of Vevo, met with the objective of discovering the multiple possibilities of synergy between the two groups. Finally in December 2019, the first opportunity to collaborate came, hand in hand with J Balvin!
February 2020, saw Penique productions travel to Miami, to make our installations in an abandoned factory – the venue for the recording of Colores and where the Latin singer performed live the new album. Amarillo, Azul, Negro and Rojo are the song titles and eponymous inflatables created by Penique productions.
It was an extraordinary experience! Everyone involved understood our concept and philosophy – we were able to work very comfortably and José (J Balvin) was delighted with our work.
