Level Ultrasonic Meter
The ultrasonic level meter is a consumer product that is installed on the lid of water tanks to make measurements of the level that water presents.
This device has elements to:
• Installation of device in cover.• Ultrasonic device for level measurement.• Cover with solar cell to recharge the internal battery.• Completely seal the device and ensure an IP67 rating.• Turn the device power on and off.
The final design consists of 4 pieces of plastic and elastomer, the electronics and the closing elements.

It is determined to place the expansion and flow solution variant connectors on one side to make the mold design process easier. Derived from the space occupied by the antenna and its area where the components are not allowed, the battery, the magnetic switch and the magnet are placed on the opposite side of it.
Direct mounting on the lid generates a tilt angle of 1 ° to 4 ° that modifies the reception of the ultrasonic signal.
