The Joint Ventures Department is responsible for the development of key signature projects in Dubai.

My role in the team as Development Manager is to ensure timely and accurate design work by coordinating, monitoring, reviewing and managing design consultants; liaise with Execution team, Design / Commercial / Sales and Marketing Departments to ensure complete satisfaction on design related aspects of the project, including high levels of design efficiency and cost management.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of project development process from concept through to tender stage, construction phases

Prepare scope of work and coordinate the preparation of supplementary documents that defines the applicable design specifications, codes, requirements and deliverables to support public tender calls for consultant services and construction contracts.

Work closely with other departments (Architectural, Structural, MEP, ID, Landscape, FM, Lighting) in all stages, Pre-concept, Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design & Tender to achieve project goals.

Continuously managing all parties involved, Stakeholders / Authorities / Consultants / Designers, and ensure proper coordination is achieved.

Review Marketing Materials up to very high standards (Architectural Renderings, Unit Plans, Walkthroughs, Physical Models)

Conducting cost analysis

Effective Value Engineering

Timely response to RFI’s on Tenders and from the site.

Conduct special studies and presentations to Stakeholders

Project Market Release
