Social Awareness: Gender Pay Gap

Social Communication Posters for UN Sustainable Development Goal: 5- Gender Equality
On The Subtopic: Gender Pay Gap
A set of 4 posters were illustrated to raise awareness about gender pay gap, that many still consider to be a myth even when data shows otherwise. It shockingly still prevails in many places, even when all compensable factors are controlled; meaning that women are still being paid less than men due to no other reason other than gender. The gender pay gap costs the global economy $160 trillion.
These posters are targeted towards employers; and are therefore designed to be put up in corporate areas or near offices. Another reason for this is because research and surveys show that the maximum wage gap exists in business areas, especially in the fields of finance and sales, as compared to science, tech or other fields.  The posters follow a similar style of a corporate look and feel but with fun and eye catching elements.
They are made in observance of the Equal Pay Day (March 31).
