This particular project was about Print Design Development.
The theme is revolving around 'Grand Canyon'. Canyon is all about cliffs, water, rocks, valleys and other aspects from nature. Everything related to this theme is about textures. A lot of lines, creeks, ripples and dents. First textures are developed, then they are scanned and edited and then they are put into the form of Repeat Unit which in-turn is converted to Repeat. Repeat can be of various types : Straight repeat, Half Drop ( 1/4th drop repeat, 3/4th drop repeat and full drop repeat), etc.Finally, the repeat is given for digital printing on fabric and then the product is developed.

Textures (Composition)
From Left to Right
Texture 1 : Used material - Distemper mixed with Adhesive and Acrylic paints. Comb is used to make lines. Toothbrush is used to mix certain colors at certain parts.
Texture 2 : Used material - OHP ( overhead projector) sheet, Acrylic paints and painting knives.
Texture 3 : Used material : OHP ( overhead projector) sheet, Distemper mixed with Adhesive and Acrylic paints, Sponge and Toothbrush.

Texture 4 : Used Materials - OHP (overhead projector) sheet, Ivory sheet, Acrylic paint with excessive water and Adhesive, Toothbrush and Sponge.
Texture 5 : Used Materials - OHP (overhead projector) sheet, Distemper mixed with Adhesive and Acrylic paint, Painting knives, Brushes, Paper mesh to makes creeks.
Repeats - Pattern Development
PRINT 1 - Half Drop Repeat
PRINT 2 - Half Drop Repeat
PRINT 3 - Mirrored vertically and horizontally and developed into a single repeat unit. Then, it is set into a Straight repeat.
PRINT 4 - Mirrored horizontally and developed into a single repeat unit. Then, it is set into a Half-Drop repeat.
Print 5 - Mirrored horizontally and vertically and developed into a single repeat unit. Then, it is set into straight repeat.
Print 6 - Mirrored horizontally and vertically and developed into a single repeat unit. Then, it is set into a straight repeat.
Digital printing done on Cotton-Silk Fabric which is later stitched to make a Tee.
