Your morning routine needs these Vegan Blender Pancakes!
3/4 cup nut milk + 1/2 cup water
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp melted picky peanut butter
1/3 cup nut or Greek yogurt
It’ll come out thick, but perfect texture to spoon onto a greased pan - heat pan to medium heat then cook each pancake for about 2 min each side! So fluffy and wholesome!
