As a part of the formulated Land Use Plan of Santiago de Tolú, a Colombian turistic town where the development is planned to be along two axes: one over the main road that enters the town, concentrating the most urban equipments and and services that need more regulation. Together with one along the road parallel to the coastline, meant to develop new equipments and public spaces that expands the Public Space and the Collective Equipments Systems coverage, adding value and generating commodities for it inhabitants and the floating population (tourists and occasional workers).
