Plant more trees, and dont forget to seek out for sunbeams or sunbathing 3 times a day.
Always keep your hands clean and stay hydrated. Warm water ( sometime with a little bit of fresh gingers ) is the best for your throat.
Eat fruits that provide vitamin C, and don’t forget to get your special Vitamin from your fur friends. ( Vitamin Pur, Vitamin Doggo...etc... whatever you have, believe me, they can cure anything. )
WFH or quarantine means you have more time to take care of yourself. Or listen more to each other’s souls.
