I designed this video for NextGen Corporate Language Training to promote their virtual training program.
My Design Concept
When designing this video, I wanted to combine a number of different emotions, so I used three different images.
The edge of a triangle - to create a feeling of power and energy
The curves of quadrant - to give the impression of comfort and relaxation
The Lines - to demonstrate goals and progress
The Design Principles
After coming up with a clear design concept, I created a background pattern to complement the images.
I incorporated three key design principles in creating my background pattern.
Proportion - used to scale objects in relation to each other
Contrast - used to accentuate differences
Unity - used to create harmony among elements
The Motion
When creating the image motions, I used a consistent shape (quadrant) to maintain a constant visual balance throughout the video. I also used a variety of dynamic motions on each image to enhance the visual impact.
I wanted to create seamless and smooth text transitions that would stimulate the viewer while maintaining visual consistency with the image motions.
I used an Adobe After Effects function, called expression, to create a smooth text motion.

The Logo Animation
When designing the logo animation, I combined images, motion and music to convey the company’s brand values of innovation, professionalism and energy.
