Cultural Heritage without Borders is an international organization that stretches its activities throughout seven countries in three continents. They approached us with the request to design and develop a campaign for a call for applications which targeted artists in Kosovo.

This call for proposals, although repeated annually, and with several successful projects coming out of it, was still not bringing enough interest by local artists that they were targeting.​​​​​​​








In this campaign they intended to fund up to ten projects but those would have to come from high quality artists, and would need to include cultural heritage within their production capabilities.

We worked closely with the CHwB PR manager and organizing team and devised a clearer understanding of the visual taste of the target audience. With this information, we conceptualized a more experimental and abstract approach towards the visual language. In the meantime, we decided to go with a single key visual that would be used repeatedly in order to maximize the effectiveness of their short marketing budget.

The campaign brought splendid results. The amount of applications was bigger than that of the three previous years combined. And the CHwB team decided to fund more than 10 projects as was previously planned.
