本書運用橫尾忠則常用的三種顏色，將內容區分成橫尾忠則的生平介紹、友人與偶像、訪談三大部分。
This book is divided into three parts on Tadanori Yokoo’s biography, friends and role models and his interviews using the three colors which he used often.
書中不時使用透明片分析作品，使讀者在閱畢資訊後，仍能翻開透明片，在不受干擾的情況下看見原圖。
Information on his works is printed on transparencies so that the information and the posters can be seen at the same time. After finishing reading, you can still turn the transparencies to see the posters against a white background.
作品以外的照片則製成網點，顏色也符合該章節的標準色。
Pictures which are not Yokoo’s works are halftoned and they all match with the color for the chapter.
