The sound tracks in this album are made up of many artists' featuring and collaboration works. Thus, the album's title "Rotary" represents collaboration with various musicians gathered at the intersection of "cott," such as a revolving intersection where cars from different directions gather together. The album cover describes the intersection of "cott" as a dreamy space where one doesn't know where it is. It also places random objects that cannot be seen on the road at intersections, representing a unique combination of musicians.

cott의 이번 앨범 수록곡들은 많은 아티스트의 피쳐링과 콜라보 작업으로 이루어져 있다. 이와 같이 ‘Rotary’라는 앨범명은 다른 방향에서 온 차들이 한 데 모이는 회전 교차로와 같이 ‘cott’이라는 교차로에 모인 다양한 뮤지션과의 협업을 나타낸다. 앨범 커버에서는 ‘cott’이라는 교차로를 어디에 있는지 모를 몽환적인 공간으로 표현하고 있다. 또한 뮤지션들의 구성은 전례 없던 조합이며, 각자의 음악적 스타일도 다르기 때문에 도로에서 다닐 수 없는 뜬금없는 개체들을 교차로에 배치하여 독특하면서도 키치한 느낌을 주고 있다.
