The official Belgian flag has, from its genesis in 1831, a ratio of 13:15. An unique scale.
The flag presents itself as an abstract, numerical replacement of the current flag. Besides the representational aspect it also highlights the two-dimensional space of the object. The flag is 1300 x 1500 mm. The video is 13:15 min with a 13:15 ratio.
