A different type of train map. The distance betwwen each turn is proportional to the distance between two stops. Centralia, WA is the fourth stop of the Coast Starlight train route by Amtrak, connecting Seattle to L.A..
The map was first created in Illustrator then printed out as separated pieces. The map was cut out with a x-acto knife. All the cities and the distances in between stops were hand written directly on the map. The finished map is 2 feet tall.
