Lost in the suburbs of Hyderabad is this one of a kind heritage site . The Paigah Tombs .
This heritage site is unique for its Indo-Saracenic style . The tombs consists of 28 graves of the Paigah clan. The reason I documented this is for the tessellations. While there are 80 tessellations ,no two of them are similar.Every other wall had a unique tessellation going.One can find inspiration for many patterns here .This site is about 5 minute walk from my place, and i have always been intrigued by these tessellations. My interest in these only grew when there was a lecture given in the class about the same.
