Concept
To read the header you need to focus on two simple ideas:
-The word "FreakOut" means "crazy". Nowadays, people called crazy, go always in the opposite direction respect the majority of people. I tried to emphasize that mirroring the letter "K".
-My second idea concerns the word "independent" as the magazine turns out to be an independent press. I used gestalt to create an arrow in the negative space between the letters "A" and "K".
