硬派、強勢甚至需要帶點冷酷，是客戶希望展現的個人特質，有別於以往行業對於律師要求穩重專業的庶務形象，其更講求展現訴訟案件時剛毅強力的特質。
構成基底以「圓圈」跟「十字交叉」作為核心，呼應其職業需要在黑白之間遊走，調解及仲裁，並把困難的問題解決。故產生這樣具有流動性變化，及強烈對比的視覺與質地。
