36 Days of Type – 2020
36daysoftype is a project that invites designers, illustrators and graphic artists to give their particular view on the signs from our alphabet.
This year I challenged myself with balancing on a thin line between graphic design and illustration. Cultural artifacts, personal experience, and archetypes stand behind each letter or number, making them a fertile ground for symbolic visuals. Day to day I experimented with the ways that type and illustration can interlace, and published the results on Instagram with a brief caption. Some of the riddles are easy to solve, for the others one might need a hint.
