Truck Parts Delivered Fast

Source One Parts Center is an e-commerce company that sells commercial truck parts in the United States.
They approached us with the challenge of creating a brand identity that would appeal to young and older people alike. We achieved that through a modern & lighthearted identity system, helping them have a successful launch.


Our collaborative work with their team led us to four strong attributes: authoritative, honest, helpful and fast.

Expanding on their values, we moved on to brainstorming a set of tangible keywords in order to create a unique brand identity.



The next step is a unique research process where we work with the client to create three distinct visual lists. The competitive landscape first.Then, based on the brainstormed keywords, logos & design that do not reflect our brand values and a list that reflects our values perfectly. This allows us to identify trends so we can differentiate the brand in authentic and profound ways.
We find out where they zig, so we can zag.​​​​​​​



Using the material we have from the brainstorming sessions, we use sketching as a basis for dialog between us and a client. During this stage, we explore multiple pages of rough drawings in order to discover which shape expresses the brand's mood in the best way.







After reviewing the dozens of symbol sketches with the client, we selected the best ones in order for them to be refined in computer.


Out of these symbols we select 3 as the final contenders. We paired them with colors and typeface appropriate to how the the company wants to be positioned - doing a fast service and delivering quality products.

After selecting the final logo with the client, we started working on the remaining brand identity. On this step it's important to maintain consistency between all elements - from a small business card to a large truck. This is a powerful tool in strengthening the connection with the audience.
