Increase productivity in studies

The courses are very extensive and require commitment from the student for years. Works, subjects, readings, coexistence: all these factors wear out a lot. So it is normal that productivity is not the same during the beginning of the course, where the effort to get the best grades was greater. Procrastination, the greatest enemy of students, haunts those who need better results. Leaving an important reading aside to accomplish another task that will not add anything, but are still fun, is one of the temptations difficult to overcome over the four or five years of graduation. It is natural that at some point you are tired of studying the same content and end up forgetting that a degree is a long-term personal investment, so that in the future you may have admirable qualifications.
ORGANIZATION I
But what would it be like to increase productivity at university? Better grades? More class attendance? These questions are at your discretion, doing analysis on what you are "owed" the most. Productivity can be understood as a process of increasing development, as well as its quality. Pay attention to small details that can make all the difference to achieve your goals.

It is essential, even with the burden of daily tasks, that you remain willing to finish what you have started. Look within your schedule for the most productive time of your day. In the meantime, add a small amount of study time, which can be just a few minutes. This way, your productivity will be realized gradually and without much fatigue.

By analyzing the item above, you can build a schedule from there. This means adding an extra routine, not requiring a fixed schedule, but having constants. Separate the subjects within a calendar according to the demand of your course, trying to fit the contents close to the exams. It is important to know how to do this assembly, because there is no point in devoting yourself to a content that will only be charged in the distant future; in another semester, for example. For this schedule, try to involve all your skills so that there are no slip-ups and you don't skip any days of your calendar.

An organized environment refers to productivity. Anywhere that is messed up, with files and books scattered without any kind of order can cause a big mess. Separate, within your study environment, only what you consider essential: books, handouts, pens, notebooks, etc. Get rid of distractions like cell phones and television. These two are great triggers for procrastination, as their range of entertainment is naturally more appealing than working on your studies. Besides, a quiet place is much nicer. Then fit your schedule together with the organization in a place where there will be no fuss or whispering.

Food is fundamental to your study hours. In addition to replenishing the energy and nutrients needed to continue spending energy, you can make a flavor association with the content studied! This is a psychological technique often used by students, when the brain associates the taste of a food with the memory, remembering what you studied. If you spend long hours studying without eating properly, surely your physical and mental wear will be greater, so it will bring damage to your health and you are not studying to get sick, no?
Imagine the following situation: you are dedicated to studying a subject that has more difficulty and is at a high level of concentration and suddenly your mobile phone vibrates indicating a new notification. This notification is some friend asking you out, starting a long conversation. When you realize it, you've spent minutes or even hours on your cell phone and completely lost focus. Of course, distraction and regular breaks are necessary and very important, but there must be the right time and previously scheduled for this.

There's no question: you're not the only one having trouble keeping the focus on graduation. So, a very cool option is to join some study group with other colleagues who are experiencing the same difficulties as you. This way, it will be possible to share doubts and answers. Look for a quiet environment, such as your own university campus library, because besides being conducive to this, it is not a problem for everyone to move to a certain place to start their studies.

ULTIMATE PRODUCTIVITY
After performing the above-mentioned steps, calmly analyze your progress: observe your behavior towards the studies, whether or not there has been a positive development. If you've followed the tips to the letter, chances are you've gotten good results, but if the answer is no, re-evaluate how you're practicing these tips, and plan to do it differently. Always keep in mind the final goal, which is the completion of your course and also that there are countless ways to produce more without great effort.
