Briefbox - Messaging brief...
The Challenge:
Create a messaging app that is easy to use, has a clear colour scheme and looks great to the end user featuring login, sign up and the homepage of the app.
The Solution:
Using a brand colour of blue and creating gradients, I created an app design that looks fresh, would be very easy to use and keeps the cognitive load of the user in mind. It’s not too busy, as you’d find today’s messaging apps.
My Role:
I was responsible for the design and UX of the app, working as the only Designer on the project. This included work such as:
- Understanding the users and how they use the product.
- Working closely to the brief set out by BriefBox.
- Creating solutions to design a good looking messenger app.
- Ensuring the User Experience is extremely easy to use, even for the older generation.
- Prototyping and Wireframing.
