The Eye is a unique property development in Bristol, set on the river front a stone's throw from the city centre. When viewed from above the shape of the building forms an eye. Ralph created a wide range of materials for the development, starting with the brand identity. We then created brochures and newsletters which echoed the tall, elegant feel of the building, a website with parallax scrolling enabling users to navigate through each floor, press ads, signage and more.

As always we aim to provide a comprehensive set of sales tools for the agents, allowing them to do what they do best. At launch an impressive 20 units were sold or reserved and in today's climate that meant a very happy client.
