TIFF Best of the Decade
Along with programmes focused on Romanian cinema and classics by Robert Bresson, TIFF kicked off its Winter 2020 season with its film series, Best of the Decade. A panel of TIFF programmers consulted film curators, historians, and archivists to develop a list of some of the best films that the past decade had to offer.
To promote this diverse range of programming, a flexible design system was developed. Impactful typography paired with a monochromatic palette unify these programmes, while abstract frames act as portals through which the viewer may dive into the unexpected and exciting world of cinema.
