The concept for this boardgame is similar with The Monopoly with the twist of local North Borneo tourist attractions as landmarks. Surprise cards will reward or punish players as they landed on the "Surprise" spot. Objective of this boardgame is to create awareness for the primary schools located within rural areas in North Borneo at the same time having a fun educational recreation.

The concept for this boardgame is similar with "Snake and Ladder". The hooks represent as Surprise card, the marine life represent as ladder for players to advance further spots and the illegal activites/features act as the snake. Objective of this boardgame is to create awareness for the primary schools located within rural areas in North Borneo at the same time having a fun educational recreation.
