"Sottobosco" is a small artisinal cheesery started by two brothers who - while working on a family farm in Italy - fell in love with the craft of cheese making. Their main source of inspiration is the Sottobosco Bianco, and unique Italian cheese flecked with truffles that have been found by the help of pigs sniffling through the forest undergrowth. The branding focused not only on the ingredients used in their flagship cheese (the black truffles), but also on the crafted nature of their product, as well as the whimsical, tongue-in-cheek and convivial nature of the two brothers.
