FatFace

A well established UK retail brand now running on an international scale, FatFace have been on a journey to broaden their appeal and realign their output to be more creative, contemporary and stylish. 

The objective throughout the re-brand was to make everything far more sleek and functional, but also capture the true essence of the brand. Many things had to be considered from back end development, customer journey, visual style, tone of voice, social channels and much more. Creatively we adopted a far simpler, cleaner style to attract a younger audience while still considering the current and very loyal customers. Other things like new email templating systems and web principles were also put in place to maximise the customer journey all the way from in-store to online.
