Double packets for double the huat！Limited edition of new year packet designs for @tigerbeermy I illustrated series of packets: “double prosperity to your doorstep” and “fortune delivery tiger” to celebrate 88th anniversary of Tiger Beer along with another three local artists.
Double Prosperity to Your Doorstep 雙福臨門
The illustration is a play on the Chinese proverb double happiness, 雙囍臨門. We illustrated a Chinese firecracker and ancient door handle (replace the lion to tiger) to represent the prosperity and good luck in entering a home.
Fortune Delivery Tiger
We illustrated a hopping tiger in the midst of delivering a group of people who are celebrating and sitting on the auspicious items such as a hulu gourd, lantern and mandarin orange.
