삼육대학교 커뮤니케이션디자인학과는 2006년 삼육의명대학 산업디자인과가 삼육대학교로 통합되며 신설되었다. 이후 2017년 커뮤니케이션
디자인학과는 미술컨텐츠학과와 통합, 아트앤디자인학과로 학과명을 바꾼다. 이번 졸업전시회는 커뮤니케이션디자인학과의 마지막 졸업생을 배출한다. 라스트오더는 요리사가 가게의 폐점을 준비하고 그날 마지막 주문을 받는 것을 말한다. 이는 하루를 마무리하고 다음날 더 좋은 요리를 준비
하기 위한 과정이며, 학생 디자이너를 벗어나 어엿한 한명의 디자이너가 되기를 준비하는 의미가 있다. 50명의 학생들은 배움의 과정을 마무리하는 마지막 주문을 받아 정성껏 준비한 만찬에 손님들을 초대한다.

The Dept. of Communication Design of Sahmyook University was established in 2006, when the Dept. of Industrial Design of Sahmyook College was integrated into Sahmyook University. Later in 2017, Dept. of Communication Design will be merged with the Dept. of Art Contents and renamed the Dept. of Art and Design. This degree show produced the last graduates of the Dept. of Communication Design. Last-order refers to preparing the closing of a store in a restaurant and receiving the last order of the day. It is a process to wrap up the day and prepare for a better dish the next day. And it is meaningful to be ready to become a respectable designer away from a student designer. 50 students take the final order to complete the course of their learning and invite guests to a dinner they have prepared with great care.
