Design of a formula SAE for UWB (University of West Bohemia) Racing Team Pilsen.

First I spent some time working on the design on paper. Later I made several 3d models and tons of visualization.

Starting to work on a foam core for fiberglass mold. The individual layers of the core were cut on a water jet and then sanded down.

Taking off the fiberglass mold.

Fitting the fiberglass bodywork on frame.
