"KYRIE 6" PROTOTYPE INSTALLATIONS
NIKE'S "HOUSE OF INNOVATION" NYC/000
Designed to reflect Kyrie Irving’s explosive energy on the court, the Kyrie 6 is the latest addition the athlete’s eponymous line of signature Nike footwear. A preheat collection available in 11 colorways was launched in November 2019, and each iteration was named after and inspired by the cities with special meaning to him.
We were commissioned to create a series of prototype installations for Nike’s “House of Innovation” NYC/000, paying tribute to the preheat collection while highlighting the unmistakable features of this line: Nike Air Zoom Turbo unit, curved outsole, and mid-foot strap.
Eye-catching hues and eclectic designs perfectly captured the high-octane nature of the Kyrie 6 collection.
