Recent Accomplishments
The Fab Tap
Brand Launch
Objective: To successfully launch a unique bartending service in Minneapolis with a focus on creating an experience and bringing fun, convenience and joy to all celebrations.

Outcome: With a multi-pronged approach to our launch, we successfully grew our social media footprint to almost 3k followers within a few months, earned multiple editorial (print + digital) placements, garnered over 40K hits on our website and generated over $70,000 in sales since launch.

My Role: Built the brand from inception to execution, including, but not limited to; leading the marketing strategy, collaborating with media outlets and influencers, website creation, brand design and content strategy.

Client Satisfaction
Objective: Party planning can be tough! We wanted to create a brand centered around ease and convenience. That way our clients can sit back and enjoy the celebration with their guests.

Outcome: The Fab Tap has a 5-star rating on Google and Facebook, we have received numerous referrals, and countless client love. "Thank you so much for helping with our event. We'll give you a recommendation anytime!" - Carla (CEO, EPS)

My Role: To continuously focus on how to improve the process, educating staff around the importance of client service and always being committed to delivering a positive experience.

Brand Expansion
Objective: To expand into new markets and grow our fleet of trailers within a year of launch.

Outcome: We are adding a mini cart to our fleet, along with a second unit in 2022. Most excitedly, we are launching in Nashville, in partnership with our friends at Nashville Pedal Tavern!

My Role: To drive all aspects of growth, from leading contracting and negotiations, to facilitating partnerships and overseeing execution of the new offerings.

Live True Yoga
Social Media Improvements
Objective: To bring a cohesive and engaging experience to their Instagram channel, ultimately strengthening and deepening the connection with followers through meaningful storytelling.

Outcome: In a few short months, the engagement of the channel grew from .63% to 1.6% and more closely aligned to the brand positioning and messaging.

My role: Reviewed and analyzed the channel, developed the strategy and guided the social media coordinator to execute the new vision.

Grow Brand Footprint
Objective: To grow the brand's footprint in local markets by direct targeting and execution of creative storytelling and strategic campaigns.

Outcome: Since I started working with the brand, the traffic to the website grew significantly, from less than 200 views to over 9,000, with a very small budget allocated to marketing efforts.

My role: Oversaw all marketing efforts; from concept to creation, execution to analyzing results, and optimizing campaigns based on strategic needs.
Target
#TargetTalent
Objective: To build long-term partnerships with a diverse group of creators to create content and conversation that cultivated brand love for Target.

Outcome: Target Talent successfully created content to support the broader enterprise, across 27 categories, with a light lift from our cross-functional teams! The creator content more than tripled the industry average for engagement on social media and the Estimated Media Value in return surpassed the creator investment. After a successful pilot program, Target grew (doubling!) Target Talent in 2020.

My role: Assisted with the development of the strategy, facilitated negotiations and contracting, and led the review of analytics to optimize content based on what was performing on creator channels.
Honest and Jessica Alba Partnership

Objective: To repair and deepen the partnership between Target and Honest/Jessica Alba, ultimately driving additional growth and content opportunities.

Outcome: Due to successful partnership and implementation of various collaborative efforts, Jessica Alba and the Honest Team committed to investing 50% more in their business with Target. Additionally, due to the deepened relationship, we created multiple partnership moments that support Target and Honest; celebrated Hayes' birthday with a party using Target product and essentials, showcasing Honest product in multiple content opportunities, etc.

My role: Acted as point person for all Marketing initiatives for Honest; created new opportunities and collaborated internally to bring new ideas to life, in partnership with CPG and Honest Team.
