The dominating factors of this development are to produce maximum comfort, natural daylighting and ease of access to all internal spaces. This is undertaken by reducing internal circulation spaces and rationalisation of the building’s vertical access core. To increase natural daylighting advantage is taken of the neighbouring building’s courtyard in order to share light and reduce shading.
