Brilliant have been responsible for the integration of a number of online facilities including; an online envelope designer facility, an online thermo bound folder facility and a post mark insignia designer tool.

We have been able to provide ongoing assistance to Pitney Bowes in terms of user experience analysis and graphic user interface design for a number of key aspects associated with their online retail and user account facilities. In many cases Brilliant have provided the software for implementation, including deployment support and ongoing maintenance and development, all of which is carried out in-house and with close co-ordination with Pitney Bowes online retail and marketing management team.

Our work has also developed into an online marketing support role too, providing a wide range of creative, strategic and functional elements which have been integrated into much larger ongoing search engine marketing programmes.
