THE SALT-PAN HOUSE

How to draw attention to the historical heritage? A museum? Monotonous and boring. Lookout point? Cool, but at one time. And if you find a way to interest an ordinary student or a progressive student, a young mother and formidable father, grandparents from the village? If you make a platform where different target audiences find a place for themselves, and also communicate with each other?

The author’s proposal to create a temporary structure for active and passive recreation, which will also include two berths, one of which is located at a distance from the main activity, for a melancholy leisure. The zipline and observation point inside the most striking structural element - the tower - will allow you to enjoy the inspiring views of the salt lakes. At the same time, the tower, in addition to its main purpose, serves as the third wall of a cozy space, where the other two walls are ruins. To attract children and their parents, a large stretched net was provided, where even teenagers would be amusing to climb.

The image of the tower itself is formed relative to the history of the object. The expressive shape of the roof serves as a kind of bridge between the past and the present. And the outline should remind of the historical heritage, because otherwise how to talk about the past with the language of images and subconscious communication of architecture and man?
