Planet or Plastic: National Geographic, Abu Dhabi

Last year I got an opportunity to work on an amazing project for National Geographic called Planet or Plastic. I was invited to work with 12 illustrators from different countries.
Concept: Balance.
There needs to be a balance between Nature & development. The plastic-waste that we create has a life-span which exceeds the life of all the organisms on earth. Our today’s negligence can cost some organism’s life and this can’t be called ‘balance’ in any way!
The 'Planet or Plastic' campaign gave me an opportunity to send out a message across the globe. Any small behaviour changes on the part of people who see my illustration will give me the satisfaction that I am contributing to saving planet earth.
