The Flazz card is one of the digital payment products from Bank Central Asia (BCA) for a daily transactional tool such as paying toll, parking, transportation, and buying food. The Flazz card using the RFID chip technology to support the transaction with touch sensory in seconds.
Flazz card balance top up is now also accessible from the mobile phone. This way could save time more efficiently rather than finding the nearest ATM/EDC machine or go to a convenience store. Unfortunately, the top up process only works for the phone that supports NFC (Near Field Communication) feature which will allow the phone to read the Flazz card.
Problem:
The current flow is already presented with simple and direct interactions. BCA wants to enrich the experience journey of the top up process by adding a few screens such as transaction history and error states without changing any existing screens.

Objective:
Providing more enjoyable flow to Flazz card users to top up the card balance in their phone.
Flazz card top up feature is accessible both from log in screen and home screen.
After tapping the Flazz card under the phone, you should be able to check your Flazz card balance.
You can check your in and out transactions just a swipe away.
Different cases states in pop up notification.
