Restaurant Branding Project

The goal of this project was to provide an in-depth understanding of the branding process. Students were tasked with conceptualizing and branding a pop-up restaurant at their assigned location. My location was the Philadelphia Zoo. At the heart of the zoo sits Bird Lake, its swan boats and accompanying foliage bearing a great potential for elegance. Lohengrin’s is a lake-side dinner venue, named for the romantic German play that inspired the invention of the swan boat. The brand identity places a modern twist on the classic Art Nouveau style.
