Music and color have common emotional qualities, it’s fascinating to see how effective and efficient the brain is at coming up with abstract associations.
Emotions emerge dramatically because so much of our inner lives are associated with them.
A listing of the energy types, with some of their qualities. each energy admits of more than one kind of interpretation:
Red: separation, beginning, alone, fear, stimulation, aliveness, adventure, danger, challenge, vitality, courage, strength.
Orange: independence, freedom, newness, celebration, gratitude, praise, boldness.
Yellow: self-identity, personal power, self-fulfillment.
Green: awareness of the world, compassion.
Blue: appreciation of beauty and truth in form.
Indigo: appreciation of beauty and truth without form.
Violet: return, home, completion, rest
