When you create a completely new brand image and website for a business it's really difficult to show social media how much work has gone into it no matter how much you try, but here's the logo and website work recently completed for a great little company and really useful service by Property Checked.

Property Checked help house buyers get a really clear picture of the work needed to their potential new home, so that they can buy the house with confidence, knowing what the future repair bills will be, or walk away and find another property.

I didn't want to go down the same old route for the logo of a house with a tick mark, so I did what I always try to do and created something completely different, quite striking and simple, but with a hidden message and meaning for the customer.

For the website I created something clean, clear and easy to use as always but with custom graphics designed by me to break up the text and soften the viewing experience a little.
