Zizana is a high end mixed use real-estate development projects by Grupo Razvoj inĀ the state of QuerĆ©taro, MĆ©xico. It consists of houses, apartments, offices and commercial areas. As the development has grown, there's been an expansion into the luxury real estate market.
The objective with this rebranding was to develop a newĀ brand identity that felt familiar byĀ mixing traditional and modern components allowing the business to attain it's new sales objectives.
The idea with the new brand logo is for it toĀ become aspirational and a proud symbol for people already living in the development.
