Well I love sweets. I like convenience. I wanted to create a responsive e-commerce site for a local bakery that had a variety of items but did not have the e-commerce function available. I compared other local bakeries, online ordering sites and mobile applications to conduct user research to understand how and why users were ordering from bakeries.
