collateral and identity
Designing my personal identity was the first task I set myself as a visual communicator and designer. The objective was to represent my personal aesthetic style and promote it as a high-end and strong brand. In creating this collateral design, I aimed to present my design identity as a strong, modern and sturdy, reflective of the past, but ambitious for the future with a forward-thinking approach and aesthetic. Stock choice was an important factor in achieving this, and for the business cards I used a 300 GSM cotton paper in which I sandwiched a 200 GSM corduroy-style black stock for a ribboned effect around the edge of the collateral.
