SARONG DRSIGN
This project is to create a contemporary illustration print template for a traditional item “Singapore Sarong”.
Singapore is a fusion of three major races- Chinese, Malay and Indians. To Portray this mixture of races, the concept and idea initially focused on the art of their individual traditional performances to represent the authenticity and uniqueness of Singapore.
Narrowed down my theme to focus on the types of masks designs each of these three races used, to represent the authenticity and uniqueness of Singapore.
