Pay loom Online wallet android app UX Case Study-

Pay loom is an Online wallet app, This app helps the user to Pay Their payments and track their payments records.

Context-

For this project my roll is an User research and UI designer. Bits is a android app.
This is a UX portfolio case study project.

Start-13.01.2020 / End-20.01.2020.

Process

So my project needs I use a Design sprint method that helps me achieve my goal. it's a 7-day design sprint process.

To kickoff a project I wanted to focus on learning about the users. I want to understand as much as possible about their needs, motivations and goals. Which I then translate into; personas, user stories project requirements.

So my user persona and user research are done, it's time to some product sketches. Then it would be a prototype and tested by the users.

Main Challenge-

It's the payment application than security is the main concern. and understandable UI, if the user can understand Interface than their not feel safe to their payments.

The wireframes are then brought to life with prototypes to create interactive experiences of the designed solutions that I can take to users to observe their reactions, interactions, pain points and gather feedback. I currently use Adobe XD to help realise my ideas.

Wire frame

Prototypes are then tested with real users to gather both quantitative feedback. If we find that the solutions don't solve the defined problems as intended then it's back to the drawing board and revert back to the Exploration and Prototype stages until I have a validation solution.

So my resource is too limited but, I did a test and responsive his quite impressive.
