Maison Individuelle : Habiter sur l'eau
Ce projet conçu sur des principes bioclimatiques s'implante sur un terrain boisé en bord de l'eau. La façade Nord, construite en pierre sèche à forte inertie marque la limite avec le parking extérieur du terrain. Le reste du bâtiment en bois se déploie sur pilotis et s'articule autour des arbres existants, dégageant des vues et des perspectives sur l'extérieur, proposant aux habitants la possibilité d'entretenir un lien constant avec leur environnement. Une partie du toit en polyuréthane laisse la lumière filtrée par les arbres au cœur de l'habitat, créant un jeu d'ombres au fil de la journée et des courants du vent.
Detached house, live over the water
This project, designed with a ficus on bioclimatic principles, is located in a wooded area on the water’s edge. The North façade, built of dry stone with high inertia marks the boundary with the outdoor parking lot of the ground. The rest of the wooden building sits on stilts and is built around the existing trees, providing views and perspectives on the outside, offering the inhabitants the opportunity to maintain a constant connection with their environment. A part of the polyurethane roof leaves the light filtered by the trees into the heart of the habitat, creating a graphic game of shadows according to the day and wind currents.
